How long it takes
- Items reach LitBuy's warehouse in China in 2–7 days.
- The trip from the warehouse to your door depends on the line and your country. LitBuy's shipping estimator shows each line's time for your country.
- As an example, parcels to Bulgaria usually reach the door 15–25 days after they are sent.
What the statuses mean
- “The international shipment has been processed in the export parcel center”: the parcel has cleared customs.
- Customs in Amsterdam or the Netherlands, then the export parcel centre in Germany: the parcel is on the last stretch to the destination country.
- Statuses often stop updating for a few days, especially around customs. That alone does not mean the parcel is held. 6 days at customs is not much; after 8–12 days without movement, open a ticket in LitBuy.
- Dates on tracking sites are approximate and move. The real status is in the LitBuy app.
Text messages about duty
Never pay or open links from a customs text message until LitBuy confirms it is real. On a DHL tax-free line such a message is unusual.
