How to order from China with LitBuy

You order through the agent LitBuy: it buys the items from Taobao, Weidian or 1688 for you, collects them in its warehouse in China and sends them to you in one parcel. You pay twice: first for the items, then for shipping to your country. The items reach the warehouse in 2–7 days; how long the parcel takes to your door depends on the line and your country.

Sign up with the link
Signing up through my link gives you a -40% shipping coupon and a pack of coupons worth $500. The -40% coupon is valid for 30 days and applies itself when you pay for shipping. With the link the code MIRYDOR is already filled in.

Find the product and copy the link
Pick an item from my spreadsheet mirydorfinds.com or find a seller on Yupoo, and copy the product link on Weidian, Taobao or 1688.

Paste the link in LitBuy and pay
Paste the link into the LitBuy search, choose the size and colour there and pay for the items. If you want to tell the seller something, write it in Remarks.

Check the QC photos at the warehouse
When the status becomes Arrived at Warehouse, you see photos of your items. If the size or quality is wrong, you have about 5 days to press Return.

Create the parcel, choose the line and add protection
Open the Warehouse section, tick “All” at the bottom left to select every item, and press “Rehearsal Parcel”. Enter your address and choose a line: where your country has one, I recommend a DHL tax-free line (to Bulgaria I use JSF-DHL-BG-1). Add the paid services I choose too: vacuum bag, Stretch film, Corner protection and Remove the shoebox. Scroll down a little to Purchase Protection and turn it on: it is a must for every parcel, because you do not lose your money if customs holds the parcel. It rarely happens, but why risk €450, the value of my parcel here, instead of paying about €13 for protection (3% of the value)? Finally press “Submit Parcel”.

Pay for shipping and track the parcel
After 1–3 days the Rehearsal is ready: in the Parcels section you see that the parcel is packed and ready to go, but first you pay for shipping. Press “Confirm” and pay. That is it: the parcel comes to your door. Meanwhile you follow it in the Parcels section with the “Track” button, in my package tracker here or on 17TRACK.
What you need
- A LitBuy account made through the sign-up link, to get the -40% coupon.
- A way to pay: card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Revolut or LitBuy balance. With card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Revolut about 15% is added at payment, and with PayPal 4.4% + $0.30. More in Paying on LitBuy.
- Your address and a phone number for the courier.
Where to find products
The easiest is mirydorfinds.com: every item there opens directly in LitBuy. You can also order from a seller’s catalogue on Yupoo: search Google for “seller name yupoo” and copy the product link under the photos, not the external link. Step by step in How to find products on Yupoo.
Do not search the agent’s app by photo or by name. Most results are poor quality, and the photos are often taken from the brand’s official site.
See photos from real orders before you buy
Paste the product link into QC photos to see how the item looked on other orders. If there are no photos there yet, the button leads to the same item on FindQC. Order through LitBuy, not through other agents’ buttons, to keep the coupon.
RapidShip or normal shipping
The steps above are for normal shipping with Rehearsal Parcel: first you pay for the items, and you pay for shipping after packing, by the exact weight. If you are ordering on LitBuy for the first time, if the process confuses you or you do not want to pay several times, I suggest RapidShip: you pay for the items and the estimated shipping at once, and after weighing the difference goes back to your balance. The differences are in RapidShip or Rehearsal.
What shipping costs
You pay for the larger of the parcel’s real and volumetric weight, so remove shoe boxes and vacuum pack clothes. Bigger parcels cost less per kilogram; small ones cost much more. Common mistakes on the first order
- Not signing up through the link. Then you do not have the -40% shipping coupon.
- A line with duty by mistake. Where your country has a DHL tax-free line, choose it; on EMS and EUB the recipient pays the duty.
- Many small parcels. Under 2–3 kg agents add a very large markup on shipping and it is not worth it. Put more items in one parcel.
- A parcel over 20 kg. Most DHL tax-free lines do not take it, and the risk of it being held grows. Split it in two.
- Batteries with the clothes. Send headphones and other electronics in a separate parcel.
- A missed return timer. Look at the QC photos as soon as the items reach the warehouse.
- Paying a customs text message. Do not pay or open links from such messages until LitBuy confirms they are real.
When the parcel arrives
The local courier delivers it. If you press “Confirm receipt” by mistake before you get it, the parcel does not stop: follow it on 17TRACK and write to LitBuy’s support.
