QC photos and returning an item

When the item reaches LitBuy's warehouse, you see QC photos of exactly your item. If the size is wrong or the quality is poor, press Return on the item: the timer is about 5 days, and the money goes back to your balance or card. It is the last cheap moment to refuse an item before you pay for shipping.

Open the item at the warehouse
When the status becomes Arrived at Warehouse, open the item and its photos.

Compare it with the listing
Check the shape, colour, lettering and details against the listing photos and the QC photos from other orders.

Check the workmanship
Look at the stitching, zips, buttons and material. Look for stains, holes and scratches.

Check the size
Compare the size with the seller's chart and with a garment that fits you well.

Decide before the timer runs out
If something is wrong, press Return on the item. The return timer is about 5 days.
What I look at
- The weight. Compare it with the weight from other orders in QC photos. If it is well below, something is missing or the material is thinner.
- The stitching. Crooked lines, uneven stitches and loose threads.
- Glue stains. On the fabric or on shoes.
- The print font. Compare it with the listing photos.
- The spacing. Between letters and between parts of the print.

What else to check
- Shape and proportions. Compare the silhouette with the listing and with the QC photos from other orders. That is where a problem is easiest to see.
- Lettering and prints. The position, font and spacing should match the listing photos.
- Stitching. Straight lines, even stitches, no loose threads, especially on the collar, sleeves and pockets.
- Zips, buttons and metal parts. Solid, clean and without mistakes in the lettering.
- Material. If the fabric looks thinner or shinier than in the listing, that is a reason to ask or to return.
- Colour. The warehouse light changes colours slightly. A clearly different colour, though, is a reason to return.
- Size. Do not rely only on the label: compare the measurements in the seller’s chart with a garment that fits you well. There is a size tool for that.
- Damage. Stains, holes, scratches, broken zips.
When to return an item
The Return button is for a wrong size or poor quality. The money goes back to your LitBuy balance or card. Do not wait for the last day: if you have a question for the warehouse, write to LitBuy’s support while the timer still runs.
Light creases from packing, dust or different light in the photos are not a reason to return.
QC photos before you order
You can see photos from real orders before you buy: paste the link into QC photos. If there are no photos of the item there yet, the button leads to the same item on FindQC. Order through LitBuy, not through other agents’ buttons there, to keep the -40% coupon.
